Apartment Information:

128 Grand Avenue and 112 Washington Street are residences for low-income senior citizens (Age 62+). Both two story buildings are owned and operated by the Shelters of Saratoga.

Neither of the properties provide assisted living. Our staff does not provide case management, such as transportation, nutritional, medical or financial assistance. If a tenant is in need of these services, now or at any time during their occupancy, we will gladly contact an agency that will help them arrange for these services.

128 Grand Avenue contains four apartments: a 2-bedroom and a 1-bedroom apartment on each floor. Apartments on the first floor are handicapped accessible. Rent for two-bedroom apartments is $581/month and the one- bedroom rent is $486/month. All apartments contain kitchen appliances as well as washer and dryer hook-ups. Monthly rent does not include utilities. Off-street parking will be reserved for each apartment.

112 Washington Street contains three apartments: a handicap accessible 2-bedroom apartment on the first floor for which the monthly rent is $655/month and two 1-bedroom apartments on the second floor, each with monthly rents of $504. All apartments contain kitchen appliances and tenants have access to shared washers and dryers. Monthly rents do not include electrical service. Convenient on-street parking is available.
